Our BareFoot Sandals are crafted from non-toxic thermoplastic rubber (TPR), delivering the perfect balance of comfort, durability, and sustainability. TPR (thermoplastic rubber) is slip-resistant due to a combination of its material properties and how it is molded, rather than any single factor. Its rubber-like surface creates strong friction when it contacts the ground, helping the sole grip surfaces instead of sliding, especially on smooth floors. This type of rubber also flexes slightly under pressure, allowing the sole to conform to surface irregularities, increasing surface contact and improves traction compared to rigid plastics. Additionally, unlike some plastics, TPR does not become overly hard when wet, helping it maintain grip on wet tiles, pavement, or poolside surfaces. This is why BareFoot Sandal’s flexible non-slip sole keeps you stable on tile/concrete and everyday surfaces. Lightweight and highly flexible, the BareFoot Sandal material moves naturally with your feet while maintaining its shape over time—supporting a barefoot feel designed for everyday wear.

Cleaning:

Basic Cleaning (regular dirt):

  1. Rinse off loose dirt with lukewarm water.

  2. Mix warm water + a few drops of mild dish soap.

  3. Use a soft brush, sponge, or old toothbrush to gently scrub:

    • Footbed

    • Straps

    • Soles

  4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

  5. Air-dry in the shade.

For Footbed Odor or Sweat Buildup:

  • Sprinkle baking soda on the dry footbed

  • Let sit 4–8 hours or overnight

  • Brush off and wipe with a damp cloth

OR

  • Wipe with 1:1 water + white vinegar, then rinse and dry

For Scuffs or Marks:

  • Lightly rub with a magic eraser

Avoid:

  • Washing machines or dryers

  • Bleach or strong cleaners

Return & Hygiene Policy :

For hygiene and health-protection reasons, returned footwear cannot be resold once it has been tried on or worn. This policy helps ensure every customer receives a new, unused product.

Because BareFoot Sandals are worn directly on the feet, they are considered a personal-use hygienic product. For the safety and well-being of all customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn outdoors, used, damaged, or returned without original packaging.

We recommend trying your sandals indoors on a clean surface to ensure the correct fit before use.

If your sandals do not fit as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We are happy to offer one of the following options:

  • A refund of the purchase price, minus a 20% restocking and hygiene processing fee, or

  • A replacement pair for the cost of shipping only

Our goal is to make sure you receive the best possible fit while maintaining the highest hygiene standards for every customer.

Damaged or Defective Items:

We take pride in the quality of our products and want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase.

If your sandals arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue. We understand this may take a few extra moments, but these photos help us review the issue properly and continue improving our products and quality standards.

Once the issue has been reviewed and verified, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
