Refund policy

For hygiene and health-protection reasons, returned footwear cannot be resold once it has been tried on or worn. This policy helps ensure every customer receives a new, unused product.

Because BareFoot Sandals are worn directly on the feet, they are considered a personal-use hygienic product. For the safety and well-being of all customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn outdoors, used, damaged, or returned without original packaging.

7-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition

  • Returned in original packaging

***Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.***


Trial & Fit Guidance

We recommend trying your sandals on a clean, indoor surface to ensure proper fit before regular use.

If your sandals do not fit as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We are happy to offer one of the following options:

  • A refund of the purchase price, minus a 20% restocking and hygiene processing fee, or
  • A replacement pair for the cost of shipping only

Our goal is to make sure you receive the best possible fit while maintaining the highest hygiene standards for every customer.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take pride in the quality of our products and want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase.

If your sandals arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue. We understand this may take a few extra moments, but these photos help us review the issue properly and continue improving our products and quality standards.

Once the issue has been reviewed and verified, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
